Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Notice Period and Charges:

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge, and you may reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee equivalent to $30.00 of the treatment cost will be charged.

  • No-Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment cost.

2. Rescheduling:

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to reschedule and provide more than 24 hours' notice, you may do so at no additional cost.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $30.00.

3. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be reduced accordingly, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
