Results Disclaimer – The Smile Studio NZ
At The Smile Studio NZ, every treatment is customised to each client.
Results can vary from person to person. Factors such as genetics, lifestyle, diet, medications, oral condition, oral hygiene, health conditions, and pre- and after-care compliance all influence both your results and their longevity.
While we use medical-grade whitening gel and advanced technology designed to achieve the best possible outcome, specific results or guaranteed longevity cannot be promised.
Most clients achieve their desired shade within one or two sessions, however some may require additional touch-ups or ongoing maintenance.
Cosmetic teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure and shade will naturally regress over time. Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to maintain your preferred shade.

The Smile Studio NZ and its practitioners are not liable for individual dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes depend on many personal factors outside our control (including genetics, lifestyle, pre- and after-care, oral hygiene, and tooth condition).
The Smile Studio NZ and its practitioners are not responsible for complications or undesired results arising from:
failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions,
undisclosed medical conditions, or
the use of external products/treatments after your procedure.
Cosmetic teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure. Shade regression and/or the need for touch-ups are considered a normal part of the process.
The Smile Studio NZ cannot guarantee specific results, nor be held responsible for natural changes in teeth or appearance over time.
By proceeding with your appointment, you release The Smile Studio NZ and its practitioners from any liability for undesired outcomes, reactions, or complications beyond our professional control.
